An expired passport. A pension that suddenly stopped arriving. A divorce that supposedly can only be done in Ukraine. For Ukrainian citizens living in Moldova, problems like these often seem impossible to solve without a trip home. Most of the time, they aren’t.

Booking the electronic queue, ID cards and international passports, replacing expired or lost documents, the certificate for returning to Ukraine, and powers of attorney and notarial acts at the consulate. Diia and Ukraine’s digital services
Registering in Diia, including with a biometric passport, creating a qualified electronic signature, and getting your taxpayer number (РНОКПП) into the demographic register. Without these, many Ukrainian public services simply don’t work from abroad.

Identification for pensioners abroad, resuming payments that have been stopped, recalculating a pension and changing how it’s paid.

Which languages can I get a consultation in?
Ukrainian and Russian. Danylo also speaks fluent English, so he can help when foreign nationals or English-language documents are involved.
Do I need to travel to Ukraine?
In most cases, no. Documents, pensions, Diia and even divorce can be handled from Moldova: remotely, through the consulate in Chișinău, or through a representative in Ukraine.
