When you need e-Factura
Domestic supplies are documented with a fiscal invoice (Tax Code art. 117). e-Factura is mandatory for taxpayers on the State Tax Service list and in public procurement. A PDF generated here does not replace the fiscal invoice.

What a complete invoice includes
- 1 Invoice number and issue date
- 2 Name and address of the supplier and the customer, with the IDNO or the customer's registration number abroad
- 3 Bank account (IBAN) for payment (recommended)
- 4 Description, quantity and price of the goods or services
- 5 Total amount, in figures (and in words, recommended)
- 6 Signatures of the people issuing and receiving it
